August is much like July in San Francisco, with lots of fog and overcast days. The maximum temperature can go up to 21 degree Celsius and it can drop down to a minimum of 13 degrees. Also, the weather changes according to the place; some place it can be dry and warm, but towards the coast it can be foggy and chilly.
