Even though February is a winter month and it is still cold in Orlando but the weather is warm enough to enjoy the water parks or go for a swim. The weather isn’t humid at all and you will find gradually increasing temperatures here. The daily average highs are 23 degrees Celsius which drop down to lows of 11 degrees Celsius. The average amount of sunshine is about 8 hours per day and it rains, very often but not for very long durations. So come prepared with your umbrellas.

What to Wear and How to Pack for Orlando in February?

The best part about Orlando’s winter is that it is mild enough to let you go for a swim and cold enough to cozy up. Here are some packing suggestions:

Women – Pack your swimsuits because it is time for visiting some theme parks and enjoying water pursuits. For daytime you can opt for trousers or capris along with full-sleeved t-shirts and blouses and carry a light cardigan too. Printed tops with denims will look very cute and chic or you can opt for slacks and leggings. Evenings will require a light cardigan which may need to be paired with a jacket sometimes, but it rains quite frequently, so do carry a windbreaker or an umbrella.

Men – Toss in your trunks or swimsuit for water parks along with some denims and shirts. For daytime you can go for full-sleeved shirts and trousers along with a lightweight jacket. if you are going for golf, then do carry polo shirts and your chinos. Evenings will require warmer gear such as lightweight sweaters layered with jackets. Blazers or chesterfield jackets will also look good with semi-formal trousers and chinos.

Kids – Pack skirts and tops for your girl. You can also opt for shorts and tops or t-shirts and shorts. Jeans and shirts can also be packed along with rompers or jumpers. Boys can go for jeans and shirts or t-shirts and shorts. Also pack warm sweaters, hoodies and jackets.

Footwear – Go for comfy shoes. Flip-flops will be best suited for water parks. You can also pack flats or sandals. Ladies can go for ballet flats or boots. Men can opt for sneakers or loafers.

Accessories – Just toss in your scarves, sunglasses and a good sunscreen and you are all set.
