If you are thinking about taking a trip to the Big Apple for the very first time, then you may have a lot of questions. In this article I attempt to answer several frequently asked questions about this complicated topic.
When is the best time to visit NYC?
There are five demographic groups visiting New York City all the time. Each demographic group represents 20% of the country. The hotel rates are designed to keep these demographic groups as far away as possible from each other.
You must always know your place and schedule your trip based on your position in the train. Are you in the tail section or are you in the front section? If you don’t know what I mean then stream the film Snowpiercer right now if you are a Netflix subscriber.
- Less than $20,260
- More than $20,260
- More than $38,515
- More than $62,434
- More than $101,577
The unemployed don’t stay at hotels. They live on the streets, with friends or relatives or lease a cheap property for a few months. They are not tourists. They just want a better life and New York City offers a lot of job opportunities for the very best of the very best.
Hotel rates change every season to accommodate a different class of customer. Find your season.
How much should I have for a trip to NYC?
Divide one of the five numbers displayed earlier between 365 or 366 and multiply that for the number of days you are going to be in New York City.
For example, if you are in the bottom 20%, then you can only spend $55 per day and if your trip lasts a week then you only need $385
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: You can spend more than the rest of your peers and remain in the same demographic group for the rest of your life or you can only spend what you are supposed to spend and invest more in the stock markets and eventually be promoted to the next economic level.
You can be a member of the elite too. You only need to do two things: Save more money and hire someone like me.
Are there any free museums in New York City?
Many museums in New York City are free once a week.
I suggest you to visit the Museum at Eldrige Street Synagogue on Mondays. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum on Tuesdays. The Museum of Jewish Heritage on Wednesdays. The Museum of Chinese in America, the Brooklyn Children’s Museum and the Museum of Arts and Design on Thursdays. The Museum of Modern Art, the Japan Society and the Asia Society and Museum on Fridays. The Museum of American Finance on Saturdays and the Studio Museum on Harlem on Sundays.
A couple of museums in New York City are very exclusive and you can only visit them for free once a month.
If you are not going to stay long in New York City and you only have enough time to visit a limited number of museums then these two are mandatory for everybody. Try the Brooklyn Museum on the first Saturday of each month and El Museo del Barrio on the third Saturday of each month.
If you can, always schedule your trip on the first Friday of each month because you will have access to these three museums on the same day: The Children’s Museum of Manhattan, the Neue Galerie and the Noguchi Museum.
Make sure you visit the museum that opens earlier first if you are visiting more than one museum per day.

The answer to this question is a complex one. I strongly suggest you to visit the official site of Times Square right here.

If you like to read, then you should check the New York Public Library, which is only two blocks away from Grand Central at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street.
The Rockefeller Center is also only two blocks west of Grand Central. Most people take the NBC Studio Tour but right now it’s closed. There is an observation deck called Top of the Rock.
One of the most popular buildings in New York City is without a doubt the United Nations Headquarters and they are only four blocks away. You can book your tour in the Visitors Centre.
What can I do on the weekends?
The Queens Botanical Garden is free on Sundays.
If you appreciate fine art then you must visit the extremely beautiful mansion called The Frick Collection.
You can visit it for free on Sundays.
This mansion currently holds paintings by the great masters, including but not limited to Monet and Renoir.
There are many rare books and manuscripts in the Morgan Library & Museum. You can visit this facility for free on Sundays.

Is New York dangerous at night?
There are more than 1,180,000 hungry and angry unemployed people in New York City.
How much does transportation cost?
You can find more detailed information about New York City transit fares here.
Which ones are the most dangerous areas?
You must never enter Brooklyn for any reason. 40% of the most dangerous neighborhoods in New York City are located in Brooklyn. Make sure you have a map of New York City with you at all times with very clear limits of each borough.
If you must go to Brooklyn then don’t walk. Not even for a block. It’s dangerous. Never visit this zone with your own car or with a rental car or with a corporate car. Always use Uber or a traditional yellow cab.
You can easily hire one or two recently released from prison unemployed non-violent criminals as your bodyguards for a few hours for very little money. I suggest black males with a lot of tattoos and an overweight problem. Baseball bats or machetes are always a good look for your employees. Common criminals will confuse you with a BMF and nobody will mess with you.
Here is the list of rough neighborhoods within Brooklyn and I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but you must never enter any of these neighborhoods for any reason:
- Vinegar Hill
- Downtown Brooklyn
- Greenwood Heights
- Hunts Point
- East New York
- Ocean Hill
- Fort Greene
- Navy Hill
The Bronx has always been extremely dangerous, but thanks massive datasets, cameras everywhere and more patrol cars driving around day and night, this location is currently the second most dangerous in New York City with 30% of the top 20 most dangerous neighborhoods.
The same rules as Brooklyn apply.
- Port Morris
- Bronx River
- Mount Eden
- Mott Haven
Good places to eat in New York City?
I only eat at these 6 restaurants when I am visiting New York City.
These are the restaurants where Kings, Emperors, Presidents, Chancellors and Khans eat.
If you cannot afford to eat there then you should hire someone like me to manage your money. It does not matter if you are a cashier at Walmart or a sous chef at McDonald’s. We can still work for you for a very small amount of money and make you enough cash to eat there at least once a year including your plane ticket from anywhere in the world.
How to look like a local in NYC?
Which beaches are clean enough for swimming?
All beaches are closed for swimming until further notice.
After France, the United States of America is the most visited country in the entire world with 69,800,000 tourists in 2013 and they want to reduce the number of people from all over the world visiting Russia each year.
The tourism industry in Russia is growing extremely fast and they increased the number of visitors by 13.5% in 2012 and again by 11.2% in 2013. At this rate, Russia will eventually become the most visited country in the entire world.
If the billionaires build more hotels and open more restaurants all over New York City then unemployment will drop to 2.7% in a few years.
However, you cannot build more hotels and open more restaurants if the demand is not there.
In order to steal more tourists currently going to Spain, China, Italy, Turkey, Germany, the United Kingdom and Thailand; the Governor of the great State of New York has created a new simple strategy: Offer more free stuff.
This is great news for you.
You can now visit the Big Apple with a very tight budget. More hotels and more restaurants competing with each other also mean lower prices for you.
Eventually, you will have the option to book a room in New York City on airbnb for as little as $140 per week, but that is a topic for another day.
